The Business Incubator
is an environment (a small building or area) for start-up companies,
which can benefit from favorable rents and services provided by the
Incubator.
Mentoring, coaching, and support services are provided to entrepreneurs
and early-stage businesses at a free or reduced cost.
The Incubator helps to create a firm foundation for companies whose main
business is the development of new products, technologies or services.
This is especially useful for companies that have a good idea but lack
of the funds for its implementation. The Incubator helps to create best
possible conditions for young innovative companies so that they
can transform their ideas into reality and offer them on the market
within a reasonable time frame.
The costs of rental and related services are very competitively
priced.
Why did I
set up a business incubator?
The reason I set up this incubator was because when I started my distribution business after a lay-off, I could not find a small office with warehouse space. There was plenty of space available if I wanted 10,000 ft or more but nothing small. Thus I realized an opportunity in the making. I said to myself that if the opportunity ever arose that I would purchase a large building and carve it up into small spaces so that other entrepreneur would have a chance to get their business off the ground. Over the last few years we have almost 100% occupancy!
What sets us
apart for other office warehouse spaces?
Ala Carte service such as:
Secretarial, reception, phone answering
Copyng, faxing, mailing
Internet design, networking, computer repairing
Conference room
Accounting
Warehousing, shipping and receiving.
